Real estate closings now at the Belmont Avenue offices
Effective this spring, the firm's real estate closing practice operates from dedicated offices on Belmont Avenue. The new space was chosen with closings specifically in mind: on-site parking for buyers, sellers, and lenders; a conference room large enough to seat a full closing without splitting parties between rooms; and adjacent signing rooms for same-day refinances and seller-side signings.
Buyers and sellers in active transactions will continue to work with the same attorneys and paralegals. Closings already scheduled have been moved to the new address automatically; your closing package and confirmation will reflect the Belmont Avenue location.
