Amy Mottor

Amy Mottor is our newest attorney at Dunn and Phillips. While in law school, she received the Outstanding Law Student Award from the National Association of Women Lawyers, as well as the Angela Dales Spirit of ASL Memorial Award. She also served as the Editor-In-Chief of the Appalachian Journal of Law. In addition, her article “Morales and Taylor: The Future of Lethal Injection” was published in the Appalachian Journal of Law [6 Appalachian J.L. 287 (2007)]. She passed the Virginia Bar Exam in 2008 and Massachusetts Bar Exam in 2010. Amy brings her compassionate nature and hardworking attitude to our firm, along with a strong desire to help clients reach their desired goals.

Valentina Davydov

Valentina Davydov

Val joined Dunn & Phillips, P.C. in August 1999 and has worked in a capacity of a paralegal for more than 16 years now. Val’s experience includes work primarily in the areas of personal injury and civil litigation. She is also an assistant to Attorney Stephen Phillips who handles the firm’s criminal defense and civil litigation cases.
Val is a graduate from Westfield State University where she received her Bachelor’s of Science, Cum Laude. She is originally from Ukraine. In addition to being fluent in her native Ukrainian, Val also speaks Russian. In her spare time, Val enjoys spending quality time and traveling with her family, reading, and gardening.

 


 

Cherish Carlin

 

Cherish began working with Dunn and Phillips at age 15 and has since been an integral part of the Dunn and Phillips office. She received her Associate’s Degree from Springfield Technical Community College (2010) and her Bachelor’s Degree from Westfield State University. (2013) She currently handles personal injury cases including car accidents, slip and falls, dog bites, and workers compensation matters. She enjoys working directly with clients to try to keep them at ease, as the claims process can be a rather stressful time.

Christopher Fusick

 

Chris is currently a law student at Western New England University School of Law and has been with Dunn & Phillips since June 2012. His legal interests include bio ethics, military law, and human rights. He hopes to someday represent human trafficking victims or join the JAG corps.

 


 

Stephen Thomas

 

Stephen, a Waltham, MA native, has worked with Dunn & Phillips as a legal assistant in our Westfield office since May of 2010. Stephen is a graduate of Westfield State University, where he also received a Master’s Degree in Public Administration in December of 2012, and works in conjunction with Attorney Scott W. Day in representing clients in legal matters including but not limited to: landlord tenant disputes, personal injury matters, consumer protection, real estate transactions, divorce proceedings, home improvement and business litigation, and consumer debt collection and defense, within the Commonwealth and the State of Connecticut. John Auchter

 

John Auchter, a Western Massachusetts native, has worked with Dunn & Phillips as a legal assistant in our Springfield office since November 2005. He has attended University of Connecticut at Storrs and University of Massachusetts Amherst. He primarily works with estate planning, estate administration, real estate, domestic relations and family law matters.
